Cost Centres and Stages together with Budget information can be created as templates and then new jobs created based on a template.

| Job Number | Automatically allocated at time of saving |
| Start and End Dates | Prompts to the current date the template was first saved and can be changed |
| Status | Options are Default, Inactive and Closed. Only Templates with Status of Default are available to create new jobs from |
| Job Description | Describes what the Template is for |
| Customer | Selected from the drop down list. Must be an Active debtor i.e. Trading Status = 'Active' |
| Customer Order | Type in where there is one. The field is not mandatory |
| Customer Contact | Selected from the drop down list of Contacts for this customer |
| Est Start and End Dates | Relevant start and end dates for the job. Prompts the current login date |
| Group | Select from the drop down box |
| Priority | Select from the drop down box |
| Status | Select from the drop down box |
